The notes will mature on the stated maturity date (November 27, 2025), subject to our right to redeem your notes at 100% of their
face amount plus any accrued and unpaid interest on each interest payment date on or after November 27, 2016.

Interest, if any, will be paid on the 27th of each month, with the first interest payment date occurring on December 27, 2015. The
amount of interest that you will be paid each month will be based on the number of scheduled trading days, each a "reference
date", on which the closing level of the Russell 2000® Index is greater than or equal to 75.00% of the initial index level of
1,180.359, which is 885.26925. To determine your annualized interest rate for each monthly interest period, we will divide the
number of reference dates in the interest period on which the above condition is met by the total number of reference dates in that
interest period. We will then multiply the resulting fraction by 4.65%. Your monthly interest payment for each $1,000 face amount of
your notes will equal the product of the annualized interest rate times $1,000, determined in accordance with the 30/360 (ISDA)
