MiFID II PRODUCT GOVERNANCE / PROFESSIONAL INVESTORS AND ELIGIBLE
COUNTERPARTIES ONLY TARGET MARKET Solely for the purposes of the manufacturer's

that: (i) the target market for the Notes is eligible counterparties and professional clients only, each as
