Terms used herein shall be deemed to be defined as such for the purposes of the conditions (the
Conditions) set forth under the heading "Terms and Conditions of the English Law Notes" in the base
prospectus dated 9 January 2017 which received visa no.17-008 on 9 January 2017 from the Autorité
des marchés financiers (the AMF) , as supplemented by the supplements dated 13 February 2017, 10
March 2017 and 10 May 2017 which received visa no. 17-057, 17-091 and 17-191 from the AMF on
13 February 2017, 10 March 2017 and 10 May 2017, respectively (together, the Base Prospectus),
which together constitute a base prospectus for the purposes of Directive 2003/71/EC of the
European Parliament and of the Council dated 4 November 2003 on the prospectus to be published
when securities are offered to the public or admitted to trading, as amended (the Prospectus
Directive).
This document constitutes the final terms of the Notes (the Final Terms) described herein for the
