PART A CONTRACTUAL TERMS
PROHIBITION OF SALES TO EEA RETAIL INVESTORS The Notes are not intended to be offered,
sold or otherwise made available to and should not be offered, sold or otherwise made available to

MiFID II PRODUCT GOVERNANCE / PROFESSIONAL INVESTORS AND ELIGIBLE
